You have got to be excited about this day. You are ready to move on and take that next big step in life. What an accomplishment! Are you ready to capture this season through photos? If so, you may be wondering about the process. Here’s how it works…
1. Planning Session
This is the most important meeting we will have throughout the process. It can take place on Zoom, or in person. In this meeting we will discuss everything you want to do in your photo session and the things you want to avoid. Prior to this meeting you will pull together a few images in a Pinterest board that represent the type of photography you wan to pursue for your senior portraits. This is definitely a collaborative process and we will work together to come up with a plan that best works for you and your style. We will also book our next two meetings at this time – your Photo Session and your Ordering Session.
2. Photo Session
This is the the really fun part of the process. We will meet at the location of your choice, and spend 60-90 minutes capturing images. It’s actually a lot of fun and not stressful at all. I will send you all the information you need to have prior to the session so that you will be well-prepared and ready to go.
3. Ordering Session
This is the the big reveal when you’ll see all of the images we created together. We will meet in your home or at my co-working space and go through everything together. It’s a great time. You’re going to love your images! At this time we will preview all the artwork options and you will place your order.
4. Artwork Session
This is when you receive your artwork. It’s really fun. I’ll come to your house or we will meet at my co-working space and I’ll deliver all your beautiful images. If you need help at home with mounting wall art, I can help with that too. This is really one of the most enjoyable days in the entire process.
Here’s a few things to consider as you plan for your senior pictures.
- One of your parents or grandparents or an adult family friend needs to be present at all of our meetings. There’s no exception to this rule.
- If you want to bring friends or family members along on your photo session, I’m great with that as long as I know about it ahead of time and can plan accordingly.
- I have an absolute guarantee on any printed images or products. If you or your parents are not happy with an item, I will make corrections and re-print at no charge to you. My lab is one of the best in the country so this rarely happens, but when it does I take care of it.
- Your happiness with your images and this entire process is my main goal. I work hard to make this a fun and rewarding experience for you and your parents. Feel free to tell me anything you need from me to make this awesome..
